PLUMBERS’ CONFERENCE. By Telegraph —Pre«« Association Auckland, last Night. The plumbers’ conference resolved to recommend that with a view to improving the standard of apprentices in regard to technical training, arrangements be made with technical school authorities for lectures by master plumbers. It was resolved to again urge the health authorities to bring the promised set of model sanitary by-laws into operation in all congested areas.
