SALE OF GERMAN PROPERTY. By Telegraph.—Press Assn. —Copyright. Melbourne, Feb. 23. ! The Federal Executive Council has issued a regulation stating that properties taken from German owners in New Guinea will be sold outright with certain concessions to Australian soldiers respecting payment. The custodian may sell only to Australian soldiers, or to natural born British subjects.
