GENOA CONFERENCE.
JAPAN TAKES PART. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright Tokio, Feb. 20. Count Achida, announcing Japan’s acceptance of the invitation to the Genoa Conference, told the Diet that Japan was considering the recognition of the Soviet Russian Government, if it accepts the terms of the Genoa Conference.
