Washington, Feb. 20, The House of Representatives passed a resolution extending the three per cent, restriction immigration law to June 30, 1923. It now goes to the {Senate. DEALING WITH JAPANESE. Washington, Feb. 20. It is understood that on Mr. Hughes’ return from Bermuda, where he is resting, he will take up with Mr. Shidehara the question of the Japanese problem in California.
