PICTURE THEATRE COLLAPSE
CHARGES AGAINST DESIGNERS. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Feb. 16, 5.5 p.m. Washington, Feb. 16. A coroner’s jury found nine architects, engineers, building inspectors and builders responsible for the Knickerbocker Theatre disaster on January 28. They will be charged with involuntary manslaughter. The collapse was due to faulty design and construction.
