MAN’S BODY FOUND. By Telegraph Pre.-* Association Cambridge, Feb. 13. The decomposed body of a man was found at the Sandspit, Karapiro Stream, Cambridge, on Sunday. The circumstances point to suicide, as the pockets were filled with stones, and a ploughshare was tied to the neck, the arms and legs also being tied. It is, believed he jumped off a small bridge over the stream. DEATH FROM HEART FAILURE. Carterton, Feb. 13. At the inquest concerning the death of James Lewis, aged 68 years, who was found dead in bed on Saturday afternoon, the coroner, Mr. E. G. Eton, returned a verdict that death was due to heart failure. MARRIED MAN’S DEATH. Carterton, Feb. 13. John Kiddie, a married man, aged 48 years, died suddenly this morning. He had been medically attended for some time past. This morning he went for- a walk and before he could reach home an outbreak of haemorrhage occurred. Deceased leaves a widow and two grown sons.

GIRL FOUND DROWNED. Dargaville, Feb. 13. The body of a girl named Vera Wells, aged 19, was found in the Kaihu River this morning. A man heard a scream about 1 a.m. and made investigations, but was unable to find anything. A search was made at daylight and the body found. The circumstances point to suicide.
