LIQUOR CASE FAILS. ft By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Feb. 13, 10.5 p.m. Sydney. Feb. 13. In a prosecution under the Liquor Act, in which the licensee of a wine bar was charged with allowing persons to remain on the premises after six o’clock in the evening, and several persons were charged with being found on the premises, the magistrate dismissed the cases, ruling that the provisions of the Liquor Act, 1905, were still in force as regards wine and spirit merchants.—Aus.-N.Z.
