COLLISION WITH SUBMARINE. By Telegraph.—Tress Assn. —Copyright. Recevied Feb. 13, 7.25 p.m. London, Feb. 13. During the Atlantic fleet’s exercises off Majorca the destroyer Vancouver collided with the submarine 524. The latter had its conning tower and periscopes shorn off. There was no loss of life.
