A SERIOUS CHARGE. By Telegraph-—Press Assn—Copyrignu Received Feb. 13. 12.5 a.m. New York, Feb. 13. Following a preliminary hearing the Judge declares he believed a true charge against Tex Rickard, the boxing promoter, had been made by the little girls and he held him for the Grand Jury and increased the bail from one thousand to ten thousand dollars.
