EVERYBODY’S. LAST NIGHT OF ‘ TWIN BEDS ” ‘•Twin Beds” concluding to-night, at Everybody’s, is t-he screen version of the stage, success., of the .same name ..by. Margaret Mayo and Salisbury Field. The play, a bedroom farce comedy, was extremely popular, and enjoyed a long run on Broadway, and with companies on the road, over a period of two years. The plot of the picture revolves around the marital relations of a flirtatious Italian tenor, and the complications ensuing when he gets in the wrong apartment and sleeps in another man’s bed. There is an abundance of clean, wholesome comedy in the farce, which is a. First National attraction. A BIG DOUBLE BILL TO-MORROW. ‘•The Little Fool,” adapted from Jack London’s “The Little Lady of the Big House,” is coming to Everybody’s tomorrow. Much interest has been aroused in this announcement, for the coming of a Jack London picture is always a rare but welcome, event. “The Little Fool” portays the drama of a “Dick” Forrest, a wealthy rancher, and his wife Paula. Paula falls In love with the husband’s chum, and is about to leave the palatial mansion forever.' At the last moment Paula Forrest does not really know her mind. The tense drama with which the situations are packed make this really the greatest of the London stories so far translated to the screen. On the same bill is a Universal feature “All Dolled Up,” featuring Gladys Walton.
THE PEOPLE’S. BUCK JONES TO-NIGHT. ' “Straight from the Shoulder,” a Wm. Fox picture starring Buck Jones, will be the attracti'-n at the People’s to-night and to-morrow. “Straight from the Shoulder” is about a big-hearted Westerner who has made a habit of being a peacemaker. His success in these efforts are due mainly to his ability to fight for peace; and he finds many who don’t like his kind in the great Wild West. He is quick with his fists and he is a No. 1 on speed in drawing a gun; and regardless of the knocks he gets he is always ready to keep at it. All the scenes are laid in the west and some pretty photographic effects have been made by Frank Good, the camera-man. The bill includes gazettes, “Mutt and Jeff,' and a big two-reel Century comedy “Fishy Story.” Helen Ferguson ft Jones’ leading woman. Norman Selby, well-known to the newspaper reading I public as Kid McCoy, former heavyweight pugilist, nlays “Wild Bill” Higgins. Herschel Mayall and G. Raymond Nye also have important parts, Nyt ’ the “b/’d man,” as usual.
