The House of Representatives adopted the Foreign Debt Bill, with the Senate’s amendments, providing that interest be not lower than four and a half per cent., and that bonds mature in 25 years. President Harding has withdrawn his objection to the amendments. '—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. .
