TROUBLE AT MANGAHAO. By Telegraph—Press Association. Levin, Feb. 4. Trouble has occurred at the Mangahao hydro-electric works owing to a reduction of the rate of pay. It was reported this morning that the strike Ballots resulted in the tunnellers in two tunnels sensing work to-day. The third tunnel is on contract.
