A FORWARD BUDGET. LARGE LOAN WANTED. By Telegraph.—Press Assn —Copyright. Berlin, Jan. 29. The Imperial Budget for the year ending March, 1923, balances at 288 milliard marks, including 183 milliards for the carrying out of the Peace Treaty. The " Bill empowers the Minister *of Finance to contract for a loan of 183 milliards to meet non-re-curring extraordinary expenditure and also to issue 12J milliard Treasury bends. The revenue is estimated at 98£ milliard marks. —Reuter.
REPARATIONS RELIEF WANTED.
