The Imperial Budget for the year ending March, 1923, balances at 288 milliard marks, including 183 milliards for the carrying out of the Peace Treaty. The " Bill empowers the Minister *of Finance to contract for a loan of 183 milliards to meet non-re-curring extraordinary expenditure and also to issue 12J milliard Treasury bends. The revenue is estimated at 98£ milliard marks. —Reuter.
