THE RUSSIAN * BUDGET. Received Jan. 24, 7.20 p.m. Berlin. Jan. 23. In the Russian Budget January to October. 1922, the expenditure is estimated at 1377,000.000 gold roubles. Thirty per cent, of the expenditure will be covered by taxes, 900.000,000 from State industries and 70,000.000 from State lands. The deficit will be covered by paper money issues.—Aus.N.Z.
