RUN OVER BY MOTOR CAR. CHARGE OF MANSLAUGHTER. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. At the Police Court to-day Rowell Bedford Graham, a taxi-driver, wa» charged with the manslaughter of Madge Cooper, aged 10, on November 19. Evidence was given that deceased and a companion aged 12 got off a tram in Manukau Road and deceased ran across the road, being struck by a motor. A tramway man said deceased stopped m the middle of the road. The motor carried her 10 feet and passed over the body for about 12 feet. A tramway motorman in a second car said the motor passed his tram at 20 miles an hour and he did not think it slaekenwl as it passed the f r °"^, car> The case was adjourned till Wednesday. z
