PROSPECTS NOT BRIGHT. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. In reply to questions in the House to-night, Mr. Massey said he was not very confident that we would get thing this year by way of German reparation. Anyone who read the daily papers could not be very optimistic on that point. Germany owed us £26,000,600 and he would be quite prepared to take ten shillings in the pound.
