GREAT SNOW DRIFTS IN SCOTLAND. By Telegraph.—Press Assn. —Copyright. London, Jan. 10. Great Britain is swept with snowstorms and heavy blizzards. In Scotland there are snow drifts twenty feet The blizzard was most severe in the Midlands and the north. It was the worst known in the Peak district for twenty years. Railway traffic is interrupted by heaw drifts and Leicestershire, Yorkshire' and West of Scotland roads are impassable. Communications with many towns and villages are blocked.—-United Service.
