The Commission which inquired into Leipzig trials of German war criminals is reporting to the Supreme Couri il that the unsatisfactory. guilty parties being acquitted or lightly sentenced. The Commission considers it useless to submit more cases to the. Leipzig Court.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. Paris, Jan. 15. The Commission recommends that Germany, in accordance with the treaty, be requireduto deliver war criminals to the Allies for trial.
