SOUTH AFRICAN STRIKE.
AN UNCONDITIONAL CONFERENCE. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Capetown. Jan. 15. A .dramatic change has occurred in the strike situation, the federation agreeing to an unconditional conference with the Chamber of Mines. It is believed the strike wnl be serti'ed within the next few days. At the first meeting, the conference appointed Mr. Justice Curlewis man.
