l-OUR CANDIDATES By Tdegranh PreSa Asm elation. Christchurch, Last Night. The following nominations have been received for the Southern Maori seat:— Wereta Tainui Petama, farmer, of Tuahiwi, and UTilliam Daniel Barrett, native agent, of Tuahiwi. The nomination of H. Uni, brother of the deceased member, will be received tomorrow. This, with the candidature of Te One Matapura Erihana (Elliaon), who is already nominated, makes four candidates.
