HERR STINNES’ OPERATIONS.
EXPLOITING RUSSIA. By Telegraph.—Press Assn. —Copyright. Berlin, Jan. 6. It is reported that Herr Stinnes has purchased a warehouse in Petrograd, and is negotiating with the Soviet to organise maritime communications between Petrograd and German ports. Amsterdam. Jan. 6. Batavia advices state that Herr Stinnes offered the Baden municipality a 6 per cent, loan for municipal works conditionally on Herr Stinnes’ concerns executing the works.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
