FIVE-POWER TREATY.
GREAT PLEDGE Oi 1 PEACE. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. New York, Jan. 5. Prince Tokugawa addressed the Chamber of Commerce. He declared that the Five-Power Treaty drafted at Washington was the greatest pledge of peace ever concluded. He said the achievements of the Armaments Conference were especially important to the United States and Japan because frank discussion had cleared away distrust and suspicion.
