The Pastoral Finance Association has announced the sale of its business to the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company- limited, on satisfactory terms.— Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. The Pastoral Finance Association's large stores in Sydney were recently destroyed by fire, and it was stated that the association had been taken over by the Co-opera-tive Wool and Produce Company, which -was established in 1897 by influential pastoralists. The shareholders of the association, however, refused to ratify this am slgsm atinn. and it was decided to invite tenders for the purchase of the business.
