BIG RAINFALL REPORTED. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Sydney, Dec. 29. The North Coast has been deluged by rain, 7'30 points falling at Kyogle. The Richmond River is rising at the rate of 5% inches per hour, and heavy floods are threatened. Brisbane, Dec. 20. A monsoonal disturbance is responsible for heavy rain over the greater part of Queensland.
