A MILLIONAIRE DIVORCED. New York, Dec. 28. Mrs. Harold M‘Cormick, Roekfeller’s ‘daughter, has divorced her multi-mil-lionaire husband on the ground that he deserted her at Zurich in 1918, and that they had not lived together since. Alimony was not mentioned in the case, the parties having agreed to a division of the property. 9 •SOVIET TRADING DECREE. Copenhagen, Dec. 28. Advices from Stockholm state that the Soviet representatives in foreign countries have been summoned to Moscow in connection with the decree, which is shortly to be issued, abolishing the Government monopoly in foreign trade and permitting absolute commercial freedom with other countries.
