EVERYBODY’S. “FAITH OF THE STRONG.” “Faith of the Strong,” in which Selzniek Pictures presents Mitchell Lewis, will be seen at 'Everybody’s to-night The plot of the story concerns the experiences of a typical French-Canadian woodsman whose passion for recklessness is overshadowed by the faith which came to him through the love of a woman of the North. Paul Le Rue, the character portrayed in this attraction by Mitchell Lewis is the leading figure of the lawless gang which holds sway over the lumber camp of Louis Rey. The other side of the settlement is under the watchful care of a kind-hearted minister. Le Rue presents the minister’s attempt to give him counsel, and he threatens to burn their church. Le Rue has no respect for God, and it is not until the appearance in the camp of an immoral gambler, Jean Follet. that the minister has an opportunity to speak to him. From that point on the developments aire swift and filled with the keenest interest. The climax is dramatic, and unexpected, and the picture constitutes an entertainment patrons are urged not to miss.
