TRADE WITH RUSSIA.

TREATY SIGNED BY ITALY. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright Rome, Dec. 27. The Russo-Italian commercial treaty and the Ukrainian-Italian treaty have been signed. Both are of similar character and provide for the repatriation of all Italians from Russia. The treaty with Russia removes the obstacles to" the resumption of commercial relations. Italy agrees not to sequestrate moneys sent for the purchase of raw materials, while the Soviet does not demand the return of money or property belonging to the old Russian regime. Italy will send forthwith a Red Cross Mission to assist in the famine-stricken districts.
