ALLEGED NEW TERMS. Paris, Dec. 26 A telegram from Berlin states on good authority that M. Briand and Mr. Lloyd Geoige* have readied an agreement regarding Germany’s payments. Instead of yearly payments of 2000 million marks Germany will pay 500 millions. The tax on exports remains. Britain accepts the Wiesbaden teims on condition that France accepts the new proposal- *for the stabilisation of the mark.
