DR. NANSEN’S APPEAL. - By Telegraph-—Freis Assn —Copyright. Christiania, Dec. 26. A warmly worded appeal for help has been issued by Dr. Nansen to several nations, in which he dwells on the frightful Bufferings of millions of Russians from hunger and cold. He describes the statement* that help sent is consumed by the Soviet Government and the Red Army as black lies contrived by human devils for the sake of political intrigue. Dr. Nansen declares that the flood of this lying is emanating from Helsingfors. He guarantees that aH help sent to hi* and to the American organisations has reached the famine centre excukiveJy. He specially asks for bread and Corn.
