LIVING WAGE REDUCED. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Dec. 22, 9.50 p.m. Sydney, Dec. 2,2. The Board of Trade has fixed the living wage for female workers at £2 Is weekly, which is a reduction of two shillings of the wage fixed in December, 1920. The board asks Parliament to empower it to review the wage declarations more frequently than annually.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
