THE PREMIER RESIGNS. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Pekin, Dec. 18. The Premier (Mr. Chin Yung Peng) has resigned. No reason has been given. It is anticipated the President will appoint the Foreign Minister (Mr. Wuyen) Premier until the Conference is over. Most of the other Ministers remain in office.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. CABINET'S RESIGNATION. Peking, Dec. 19. No reason is assigned for the Cabinet's resignation, but it is believed the cause is the financial situation combined with China’s Shantung attitude at Washington and various internal policies.
