The Daily Herald announces that the Premier's plan fori the reform of the House of Lords repeals the Parliament Act of 1911, where it concerns ordinary legislation, and establishes a chamber comprising a minority of hereditary peers choSen from the whole body, a majority of life peers, nominated by the Grown, a number of distinguished public servants, including<epresentatives of the Dominions, also prominent members of the House of Commons.

The intention is alleged to be to dish the Labor Party if ever it comes to power.
