ACCIDENT IN SAWMILL. Hokitika, Last Night. A serious accident occurred yesterday at a sawmill at Harihari. M. Wills, aged 16, who came, from the Sumner district, fell between the engine and the flywheel when pulling on a belt, and was badly cut inside one leg and the knee cap was fractured. He was brought to the Hokitika Hospital, but was held up for some hours by floods, and his condition is serious owing to loss of blood.
