INCREASE IN THE ESTIMATES. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Dec. G, 10.35 p.m. Washington. Dec. 5. President Harding states the Budget estimates were prepared without thought of a possible international agreement. The eight hundred million estimate is more than thrice the prewar appropriations, and it- is divided approximately into 370 millions for the army, and 430 millions for the navy.— Aus.-N.Z.
