NELSON SITTINGS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Nelson, Dec. 3. At the Supreme Court Hugh R. Hollis was found guilty of using a certain instrument with intent to procure miscarriage of Ruth M. Hollis (his wife). He was sentenced to one year s hard labor. Ruth M. Hollis, charged with permitting the use of a certain instrument on her for the same purpose, was acquitted.
