A RE-TRIAL HINTED. By Telegraph.—l’ross Assn Received Dec. 4. 5.5 p.m. Paris, Dec. 2. Landin yielded to persuasiou and signed the appeal for mercy. There is an idea among lawyers that the judgment will be quashed by the Court of Cessation on the ground of irregularities in procedure during the preliminary magisterial investigation, in which event accused may be re-tried.
