The Berlin correspondent of the Daily Express states that thousands of women living on the frontier are daily passing into Germany wearing old clothes , which they discard when they have passed the frontier and buy with cheap marks entire new outfits which pay no duty upon their return. The Swiss authorities have now decided that every person passing the frontier must have every article of clothing stamped with an official seal.
