POSITION OF THE CANDIDATES. l__ Each day sees the interest in the West End Carniwl Queen election becoming keener, and though the Westown candidate at present has a slight lead, the position will probably be changed in a day or two,’as ' the ’ supporters of the respective candidates are working very hard, and entertainments, etc., are being held in their interest.
