A WITNESS ARRESTED. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Dec. 1, 5.5 p.m. San Francisco. Nov. 30. The arrest of Mrs. Neighbours on perjury charges caused so much excitement among Arbuckle’s attorneys that the opening of the court was delayed today. Jack White, who directed the last film in which Miss Rappe appeared, testified that during the time ho was directing Miss Rappe she appeared active and in good health. He never saw her hysterical or tearing her clothes.—Aus.N.Z. Cable Assn.
