PROSPECTS OF A DROP. By Telegraph—-Press Association •’Wellington, Last Night. In the course of the tariff debate in the House to-night the Hon. W. Nosworthy said he was in a position to say that next seasorj the price of bread would drop by something like a penny on the two pound loaf.
