SUPREME COURT.

SESSIONS OPEN TO-MORROW. The quarterly sessions of the Supreme Court in New Plymouth will open tomorrow morning, when Mr. Justice Reed will preside. Five crimiihal eases are set down for hearing, and there are seven civil actions to be dealt with before juries, in addition to two divorce petitions. Numerous other cases of a varied nature appear on the list. A libel case and <jvo allegations of negligent driving of motor cars are the subjects of claims for damages. In one of the cases concerning a motor collision a special jury is to be empanelled.
