GERMAN FIRMS BUSY. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Helsingfors, Nov. 26. German firms have submitted plans for the rebuilding of Petrograd. A German delegation at Moscow is negotiating to exchange agricultural machinery for linseed, timber and hides. Stockholm, Nov. 26. Russia’s imports during Janhary-Sep-tember totalled 570,535 tons, of which a third came from England.
