The Rarawa arrived from Onehunga early yesterday morning with passengers and 150 tons of cargo. The vessel returned to Onehunga at 8.30 p.m. LINER ARRIVES. The Canadian Government line steamer Canadian Pioneer arrived at New Plymouth from Montreal and New York via Auckland, Napier and Wellington, at 2 o'clock yesterday. The vessel was boarded by the harbormaster (Captain Waller) and berthed at the wharf at 2.30 p.m., drawing 18ft. 7in. The Canadian Pioneer, which is a vessel of 5758 tons gross, with a length of 413 feet, is the first of the Canadian Government line to visit this port, and is also first one-masted vessel to be fitted with wireless. She has 15,000 cases of benzine and kerosene to discharge at New. Plymouth, and will probably be in port till Wednesday or Thursday. Captain P. S. A. Robertson is In charge of the Canadian Pioneer, and has with him the following officers:—First officer, Mr. W. Taylor; second, Mr. S. F. Cameron; third, F. McKinnon; chief engineer, Mr. J. Cross; second, Mr. E. L. Beere; third, Mr. W. Newsham; fourth, Mr. L. H. Busby; purser, Mr. N. R. Raine; wireless operator, Mr. Baxendale; chief steward, Mr. F. Stewart. Messrs. A. Fitzpatrick and F. W. Burns, cadets, are also on the vessel. THE KAMO TO-DAY. The Kamo passed the Manukau Heads at 12.50 pjm. yesterday en route to New Plymouth, and should arrive here early this mornipg. The vessel leads a quantity of cheese here for transhipment to the Piako at Wellington. KARORI ON TUESDAY. The Dominion states that tke Karori is due at Wellington on Sunday, and will sail for New Plymouth on Monday. The vessel should therefore arrive here on Tuesday. lONIC FROM LONDON. A wireless message received from tl:e lonic intimates that the vessel will arrive at Wellington at 8 p.m. on Tuesday, the 27th inst. OTARAMA FOR NEW ZEALAND. The Federal Line advise that , the Otarama, at present in Australia, is expected to arrive in New Zealand on December 12, to load for Liverpool and Manchester.
