The Morning Post’s Paris correspondent says that despite adoptions by British Dominion cities the problem of the rehabilitation of the devastated areas is still acute, and labor and material are both lacking. In view of the present unemployment in Britain there is every possibility of reconstruction on a large scale being hafided over to British contractors.
