FAILURE OF NEGOTIATIONS. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Cairo, Nov. 20. The failure of the Anglo-Egyptian negotiations was received calmly with no surprise. It is improbable the situation will develop before the arrival of Adly Pasha, but he may attempt to establish a’ policy of non-co-operation. The authorities are prepared for emergencies.
