According to a Belfast message, the Ulmer Parliament meets on the 29th inst. inaiead of December 13. Unionists decline to believe that all the difficulties have beer solved, except that Ulster and the Dail F.ireann have agreed to recognise the sovereignty of the Kling and accept a *tod.*fed Dominion status.
