A DEFIANT PROTEST. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Nov. 17, 5.5 p.m. Berlin, Nov. 16. The newspapers protest defiantly against the inter-Allied Commission's order that the works of the Deussehe Werke Company, which was formed to .take over the arms factories formerly owned by the State, must close on November 30.
