WHITE LEAD POISONING. By Telegraph-—Press Assn.— Geneva, Nov. 15. The White Lead Commission reported in favor of a convention providing dor regulations controlling the use of whitehead in paints, the compulsory notification of poisoning cases, medical pyaTnination of workers and the dissemination of propaganda concerning the special hygiene applicable to the painting trade.
