MANSLAUGHTER CHARGE.
ACCUSED ACQUITTED. By Telegraph. —Pre«« Association Christchurch, Last Night. Donald Scott was acquitted on a charge .of the manslaughter of James Nathan Abraham on September 16. Accused was driving a. motor and deceased was riding a push bike and they collided at an intersection of a street in the city.
