ELTHAM.

(From Our Own Correspondent.) Although the number of suppliers has not materially increased the supply of milk to the Eltham Dairy Co.’s factories this season is unprecedented. For the four months ended October 31 the milk has increased, by 4,032,587 lbs and butter-fat 164,633 lbs, as compared with the corresponding period last year. In order to accommodate the increase of cream an extra vat had to be requisitioned, and the company is now making six tons of butter per day. It seems almost assured that this company will continue to make butter this season.
